She may play a 21-year-old college student on Community, but Alison will actually be 30 by the year's end.  I'm happy she looks so youthful, because a 30-year-old enthusiastic co-ed who makes a 'Disney Face'  and has no sense of irony is more sad than funny.

At 38, Jim Parsons has a good ten years on his Big Bang Theory character Sheldon Cooper. That would make him more of a former late-teen prodigy than a former child prodigy. Still impressive but not as impressive as validating his Superstring Theory and winning a Nobel Prize would've been.
